OMSA GALLERY

Onward Motivational Studio of ART

Established in Brisbane, Australia in 2004 by

Director Madeleine Ekeblad, OMSA operated

as a very successful tutorial and motivational

art school for aspiring artists for the next nine years.

In addition to running the school Madeleine helped promote

45 artists with 3 art exhibitions a year. 2 of which were held at

Brisbane's Parliament House Annex.

She also conducted numerous Motivational Workshops

for the corporate sector.

By 2013 Madeleine had herself become a successful international

artist and she decided to close the school in order

to allow her time to pursue her own career.

OMSA remained operating as a gallery on Macleay Island, Australia.

In 2017, due to the increasing number of her overseas exhibitions in S.E. Asia,

Maddi made the decision to relocate to Penang Island in Malaysia in order

to be closer to the action.  Naturally her OMSA Studio and Gallery had to

move with her and was re-established at Hillside, Penang, Malaysia.

OMSA still supplies support for emerging artists, regularly taking

examples of their work to exhibit in Hong Kong and China

and Madeleine is still conducting motivational workshops.

Her latest venture is Directing a film which is being Produced by 72 Dragons Productions for entry into the famous Cannes Film Festival in May 2018.

See Notice Board page for details of Maddi's upcoming exhibitions.
